New home buyers in the UK will have their first experience of innovative Australian PropTech this month following the installation of DisplaySweet technology in the sales gallery of Wyndham Studios.
Award-winning developers FABRICA, a division of the A2Dominon Group, integrated DisplaySweet’s sales technology across iPad, interactive displays and touchscreen into the sales gallery on Camberwell Road, London to give buyers a more immersive and state-of-the-art buying experience.
Known for its innovative approach to sales and marketing the A2Dominion Group is one of the UK’s largest property developers having launched 34 projects in the past four years.
Wyndham Studios is FABRICA’s first use of DisplaySweet technology. The platform provides an end-to-end sales solution for the sales consultants who can showcase all aspects and features of the 58 design-led residences – including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments while managing all buyer communication from within the one platform.
Interactive maps controlled by the DisplaySweet app allow buyers and agents to explore the vibrant location, city views and connectivity in London’s most creative south-east suburb, Camberwell.
DisplaySweet created a fully interactive 3D model to showcase the development which features authentic brick facades, private rooftop terraces around a central courtyard, the project reflects the thriving neighbourhood and village-atmosphere, where residents can immerse themselves in commercial galleries, independently-owned stores and generous green space.
The onsite installation was successfully completed in early June by one of DisplaySweet’s international installation partners and the DisplaySweet team continues to provide FABRICA’s sales and marketing team with virtual training and support.
