Set on the edge of Brisbane CBD in Spring Hill, 185 Wharf Street is a premium residential development by Cbus Property, designed by Rothelowman. Rising 30 levels and comprising 125 luxury apartments, the project was created to bridge the gap between inner-city convenience and the space, privacy and liveability of a traditional home.
For the sales team, the opportunity was clear. 185 Wharf Street offered sweeping views across the Brisbane CBD and river, a strong sustainability story, and a highly considered residential product. The challenge was presenting all of that in a way that felt as premium as the project itself and helped buyers quickly understand the value of the opportunity.

185 Wharf Street was brought to market as a high-end residential address in one of Brisbane’s most connected inner-city locations. Positioned in Spring Hill with a sought-after 4000 postcode, the development was designed around wellness, sustainability and the idea of the quintessential Brisbane home, reinterpreted vertically.
That meant the story was about more than apartments alone. Buyers needed to understand the quality of the residences, the lifestyle on offer, the expansive views and the broader design thinking behind the building.
The client needed a way to showcase the sweeping views of Brisbane CBD, the Brisbane River and the premium nature of the project in a clear and engaging way.
For a project positioned at this level, the sales experience needed to do more than display information. It had to help buyers connect with the product emotionally, while giving agents the tools to move seamlessly between vision, floorplans, amenities and available residences.
That led to a connected sales gallery experience built around immersive presentation and model integration.
Using the Presenter App, curved LED wall, TV and model lighting integration, the team could guide buyers through the project with far greater clarity and confidence. The result was a premium showroom experience that helped bring the development to life and support a more effective sales journey.
DisplaySweet was used throughout the sales gallery as the central presentation platform for 185 Wharf Street.
Agents could connect to the curved LED wall and physical model at the same time, presenting unit floorplans, residence views and renderings of the amenities and gardens in one seamless journey. This made it easier to move from the broader lifestyle story of the project into specific apartment conversations, without losing flow or impact.
The combination of large-format presentation and model integration helped reinforce the luxury positioning of the project, while giving the sales team a clearer, more intuitive way to guide buyers through the opportunity.
