DisplaySweet were engaged to help the sales team clearly communicate this vision, transforming complex project information into a structured, intuitive and immersive sales experience. By combining storytelling, real-time data and interactive technology, the platform enabled a premium and consistent experience across every interaction.
72 Carlyle is designed as a landmark coastal address, where architecture, views and lifestyle come together to define the living experience. Designed by Piero Lissoni, the project reflects a considered and sophisticated approach to contemporary coastal living.
For the sales team, success depended on clearly communicating not just the residences, but the overall vision of the development and its relationship to its unique waterfront setting, particularly in the lead-up to its September 2025 launch.

DisplaySweet transformed the 72 Carlyle sales gallery into a fully connected and immersive presentation environment.
Using the Presenter App, agents could guide buyers through the development story, architectural vision and available residences from a single intuitive interface.
The platform was integrated across multiple touchpoints within the space. LED walls and TV displays were connected to the system, allowing agents to present content at scale while maintaining full control of the narrative. Within the boardroom, dual TV screens ensured that every client had a clear and consistent view of the presentation, regardless of where they were seated.
Model Lighting Integration and the Digital Twin, powered by Unreal Engine, enabled agents to visually demonstrate the development in greater detail, helping buyers better understand the building, its exterior form and its relationship to the surrounding environment.
DisplaySweet Connect integrates directly with the client’s CRM via API, ensuring real-time accuracy across client data and unit availability. This allowed agents to present with confidence, knowing all information was current and consistent.
