Visionary Communities

DisplaySweet empowered the Sales Agents, enabling them to seamlessly share the vision of the future for Appin, highlighting the three distinctive communities and 13,000 homes that will be built. With a focus on their commitment to the area, infrastructure and conservation, they required all of this information in one place, without any need for printed collateral, and wanted the presentation to look as premium as possible utilizing the Presenter App.

This immersive content empowered agents to have more open, informed, and meaningful conversations with community members, turning values into dialogue and vision into shared understanding.

The use of a large LED Wall ensured the Sales Agents were able to present a premium experience that set Appin apart, delivering the masterplan and layouts in stunning clarity, making an unforgettable first impression. By leveraging this large-format LED wall, the team were able to complement the interactive masterplan experience, creating a powerful, immersive environment that brought Walker Corporation’s future vision to life.

This allowed the community to step inside the long-term plans not just for the project itself, but for the broader region, sparking excitement and fostering a deeper emotional connection to the development’s potential.

Interactive Presentations

The sales gallery also made use of an impressive Interactive Masterplan, an experience that visually showcased both the current layout and future vision of the development — helping buyers understand the full potential of the precinct, driving engagement, and supporting sales conversations with a dynamic, forward-looking narrative.

Touchscreens were also utilized so that potential buyers could interactively browse through a curated selection of various land lots, local amenities and options available. The element of self-discovery was a key focus for Walker Corporation, as they wanted buyers to be able to learn all about the locale and various offerings at Appin independently of an agent and assist them in making buying decisions.

The $1m Appin Planning and Discovery Centre has received substantial press attention for its’ innovative approach to marketing this exceptional masterplan development.
