Australian Unity’s 17-level retirement community at Melbourne’s inner-city Albert Park, was a luxurious, vertical project with stunning architecture, interiors and lakeside views.

As such, DisplaySweet’s involvement was required to introduce the project to a discerning market. The showroom was to be easy to navigate while also highlighting the features and amenities of this exciting new and transitional lifestyle.
A Touchscreen was installed at ground level as the buyer’s first introduction to the project, its location, design and developers.
Moving to a large and comfortable classic theatre-room style Immersion Room buyers could take their time in getting more familiar with the surroundings and quality of the project.
Large, very easy to navigate touchscreens then allowed buyers to explore each apartment, the layout, level of finish and unique outlooks in their own time.
Positioning the sales gallery right next door to the site also gave the buyers context to the project and their future apartment.
