Beach House by GURNER™ is a premium build-to-rent development located in the vibrant seaside suburb of St Kilda, Melbourne. Designed for long-term residents who care about lifestyle as much as layout, the project brings together contemporary apartments, curated amenities and hospitality-inspired living.

For GURNER™, the goal was simple: lease faster, without ever compromising the premium experience. Prospective residents needed to quickly understand the lifestyle offer, feel the value of the amenity experience, and then move into the right available apartment with confidence, even as availability changed daily.

DisplaySweet enabled a structured leasing journey that keeps pace with real leasing conversations. Agents can present the Beach House story, run a premium amenity tour, and then move straight into live apartment availability using build-to-rent filters such as move-in date by apartment and furnished vs unfurnished. The experience stays polished and consistent, while the leasing process moves faster.

THE CONTEXT

St Kilda is one of Melbourne’s most iconic waterfront neighbourhoods, known for its vibrant culture, beachside lifestyle and thriving dining and entertainment scene.

Beach House by GURNER™ was designed to capture the energy of this location while delivering a refined residential experience built specifically for the evolving build-to-rent market. The development offers residents a carefully curated environment combining high-quality apartments with lifestyle-driven amenities and services.

For GURNER™, the leasing experience needed to reflect this same level of quality and attention to detail. Prospective residents needed to understand the vision behind the development while also exploring available apartments quickly and easily.

Creating a presentation environment that balanced storytelling with real-time leasing information became a key priority.

Build-to-rent leasing is fast, fluid, and emotional.

Leasing agents must move quickly between:
