Stage 1 of Arncliffe Central comprises a 19-storey tower of 176 apartments featuring one, two and three-bedroom apartments, above a brand-new community centre, childcare facility, full-line supermarket with supporting retail, and an ‘eat street’ restaurant and café precinct.
The Arncliffe Central showroom utilised many of DisplaySweet’s solutions. As you walk into the display, you are met with a large architectural model integrated with the Presenter App, allowing the agents to provide better buyers with a far greater understanding of the amenities and where their apartment is located. The platform is all integrated, allowing the agent to light up the relevant area of the model whilst complimentary content appears on a nearby TV enhancing the overall customer experience.
The impressive Touchscreen was a great way of showing buyers all the nearby amenities on offer, while also interactively allowing clients to browse views of different levels, floor plates and videos.
