To help buyers navigate the scale and vision of this once-in-a-generation project, Frasers partnered with DisplaySweet to create an immersive sales experience that connects the past, present and future of Bradmill Yarraville.
Objectives
With distinct precincts including Bradmill Quarter, The Arbory, and Heritage Precinct, it was critical to help buyers understand how the project’s elements come together to form a walkable, vibrant community. DisplaySweet technology was used to visually convey the masterplan’s scale, diversity, and lifestyle offering.
The Bradmill site has deep industrial roots dating back to 1925. Frasers needed to honour this legacy while sharing their vision for a new chapter. Custom presentations using The Presenter App told the compelling story of Bradmill’s transformation, the masterplan’s evolution, and lifestyle opportunities, reinforcing buyer confidence and emotional buy-in.
Drive Urgency and Sales
To support early-stage sales and generate momentum, DisplaySweet tools showcased key selling points—limited-release homes, views, finishes, layouts, and proximity to schools, retail and transport with the Presenter App linked to TV’s throughout. The Touchscreens enabled interactive browsing of townhome and apartment layouts, amenity features, and stage-specific availability. These digital touchpoints enabled buyers to engage deeply and act decisively.
Clarity Through Visualization
Buyers could instantly see where their future home fits within the broader neighbourhood. The physical scale Model Integration was synced interactively to offer unmatched clarity and confidence. A 3D digital model offered a comprehensive view of the full site and staged rollouts, supporting a long-term vision while anchoring immediate purchase decisions. The digital model bridged the gap between digital selections and physical presence by lighting up locations on the scale model.
