An Impressive Impact
The sales gallery’s most impactful space was the large-scale Immersion Room, which projected show-stopping visuals onto both the floor and wall-to-wall, creating a striking visual journey for buyers. Agents could show breathtaking views, video content and much more with immersive wave projections to create atmosphere.
Professional Presentation Tools
The Burly Residences sales gallery featured iPads with the Presenter app, which helped redefine the sales journey, combining innovative technology with clear design, to help the agents sell in a more professional manner. A unique feature included in the app was a 3D map as well as a surrounding location map, where buyers could see the build and surrounds in detail. The sales gallery also utilised TV’s and Touch Screens for the agents to guide buyers through the various amenities and views.
Striking Model Integration
In the heart of the sales gallery sits the impressive architectural model, overlooking the beachfront view, which is linked via Model Integration, pairing directly with the Display Presenter app, enabling agents to deliver cohesive, professional presentations and explore and highlight specific properties and amenities, elevating the overall client experience.
Sales Outcomes
The project has already achieved over $140 million in sales shortly after launch, with 33 apartments selling at an average of $3.8 million and around 80 % of the project now sold.This incredible momentum reflects not only the strength of the Gold Coast luxury market and DD Living’s vision, but also the impact of a seamless, tech-enabled sales experience powered by DisplaySweet.
