Seamless Sales Presentations
DisplaySweet enabled the Pikos Group's Sales Team with the ability to seamlessly guide potential buyers through CGI’s, floor plans, and the various amenities all in one place, and without needing printed collateral, and wanted the presentation to look as premium as possible utilizing the Presenter App.
By using detailed image galleries and comparing features on the custom-built App, each render could be easily called upon and each apartment layout could be compared in real time. The app allowed the Agents to showcase available apartments from each building seamlessly.
Impressive Displays
The sales gallery also made use of an impressive high-impact LED Wall, which immerses buyers in the cinematic Gaia video, which had captivating visuals and storytelling to evoke emotions, and life-size sweeping views of the Brisbane River, as well as giving agents a way to showcase the floor plans, CGI’s and other 3D visuals and marketing collateral.
The plans section displayed on an LED wall allows buyers to experience the scale, while the renders help them connect with the architectural urban concept in stunning clarity.
High Impact Model Integration
The sales gallery made use of Model Integration, helping to elevate the architectural model with integrated lighting, controlled by the Presenter app. Buyers were able to browse between the two buildings, discover the amenities like a pool and terrace, hot and cold plunge pools, wellness and leisure zones, yoga lawn, outdoor cinema, gym and much more. This ensured that clients leave with a perfect understanding of the lifestyle they could have at Gaia.
Agents would also showcase the apartments and have them light up in real time, with complementary content on the controller and nearby screens, creating clarity, and buyers were able to visualize the exact location of their apartment and understand its positioning within the overall layout of the building.
