To showcase these unique homes, Mirvac created a showroom that provides a glimpse of the lifestyle buyers can expect in Cobbitty. Isolated from any nearby developments, the showroom is situated within a picturesque farm landscape.
Mirvac utilised DisplaySweet's cutting-edge technology, including a large immersive LED Wall upon entering the showroom where buyers can watch an introductory video of the project and its surrounding area. The showroom also featured the Presenter App and two Touchscreens, where Sales Agents could interactively show buyers the different finishes and home designs.
The showstopping feature of the showroom was the large interactive Masterplan in the center of the display space, which allowed buyers to browse the different lifestyle offerings nearby on a map, floor plans, plates and much more. This feature enabled buyers to visualise their future home in the context of the neighbourhood and make an informed decision.
