Developed by Polycell Developments and designed by the renowned BDA Architecture, The Rochester’s showroom used DisplaySweet technology throughout, including the DS-Live App integrated to a large DS-TV in the main sales area. Buyers could sit within this area and view CGI’s, floor plans and more on the screen while it’s controlled by the Sales Agent.As you move through the showroom, buyers also are able to view the video, interactive floor plates and maps on an interactive DS-Touch screen, making for extra impact.

“The Rochester is an off-the-plan residential development, with estimated construction completion Q4 2025, and with estimated early works set to commence in May.Without physically being able to provide a walk-through of the project, and for our clients to have a clear understanding of the layout and design, we required an immersive platform that could convey the apartments in as much detail as possible. Regular sales aids weren’t going to cut it in the current market, so we engaged DisplaySweet to create an immersive showroom space where buyers could visualise their future home as best as possible.
We had no desire to take the stock-standard Gold Coast project marketing approach, with all our assets printed in a sales book or shown from an iPad. Instead, we now have numerous progressive marketing solutions with DisplaySweet. Including touch screens, and TV’s, all integrated with the DisplaySweet-Live App, which integrates directly to our CRM in real time - ensuring that no apartments are doubled-up, and that pricing is always up to date.When the DisplaySweet platform was fully integrated in our sales display, we realised instantly how easy it was to navigate. We haven’t had any issues with the tech working, the layout wasn’t clunky, and the DisplaySweet team is always available if any collateral updates need to be made.Since engaging DisplaySweet, our sales agents have been able to sell more effectively to buyers, who can now envisage their future homes.”
