The Cox Architects-designed project is a prominent gateway precinct, well connected to the inner city close to the Royal Botanic Gardens and Melbourne’s iconic arts and entertainment hot spots.
While launching phase one, the East and West Tower, the Presenter App was used by agents to introduce buyers and investors to the project, its premium apartments, penthouses, amenities and lifestyle.
Touchscreens were installed within the sales suite to compliment the TV presentation and encourage visitors to explore the complex independently or with the assistance of an agent.
