Pace wanted to showcase The Darley as a world-class development across from one of the most famous racetracks in the world, and felt their showroom needed to showcase the development to the highest standard while highlighting how incredible the location is.
The Darley showroom included the Presenter App to TV integration, where buyers could compare finishes, view CGI’s, brochure, aerial photography, market outlook and see views of Flemington Racecourse and beyond from certain apartments.
The impressive interactive Model Integration that integrates with the Presenter App allows sales consultants to show the relevant floor plates and plans on both the model and also view on a large 85” TV screen.
