As part of Lefferts’ broader $730 million investment in North Beach, Palma needed a sales experience that could match its premium positioning while clearly communicating the quality, design intent and opportunity to buyers.

With fully furnished residences, no rental restrictions and a strong focus on both sanctuary and entertaining, the project required a sales experience that could clearly communicate both its lifestyle appeal and its architectural quality.

At the same time, Model Lighting Integration connected the digital presentation to the physical model, helping buyers understand the building and the positioning of residences more intuitively.
The Digital Twin, powered by Unreal Engine, provided additional visual clarity, allowing agents to present the exterior form of the building and its context in a more engaging and immersive way.
