With interiors by Studio Ramirez and architecture by Built Form, the development combines refined design, fully furnished residences and a highly curated lifestyle offering.

As part of Lefferts’ broader $730 million investment in North Beach, Palma needed a sales experience that could match its premium positioning while clearly communicating the quality, design intent and opportunity to buyers.

DisplaySweet enabled a seamless and professional presentation environment, helping agents bring the development to life with clarity and consistency while supporting strong early sales performance.

The context

Palma is positioned as a highly exclusive residential offering in Miami Beach, designed for a select group of buyers seeking privacy, design excellence and a refined coastal lifestyle.

With fully furnished residences, no rental restrictions and a strong focus on both sanctuary and entertaining, the project required a sales experience that could clearly communicate both its lifestyle appeal and its architectural quality.

As part of a wider transformation of North Beach led by Lefferts, Palma also needed to be understood within the context of a larger, evolving precinct.

Rather than relying on static materials, the team implemented DisplaySweet as the core presentation platform within the sales gallery.

Using the Presenter App, agents could guide buyers through Palma’s architectural vision, interiors and residences from a single, intuitive interface.

The platform was integrated directly with TV displays within the sales gallery, allowing content to be presented clearly and consistently during meetings. At the same time, Model Lighting Integration connected the digital presentation to the physical model, helping buyers understand the building and the positioning of residences more intuitively.

The Digital Twin, powered by Unreal Engine, provided additional visual clarity, allowing agents to present the exterior form of the building and its context in a more engaging and immersive way.

DisplaySweet Connect integrated with the client’s CRM via API, ensuring that data remained accurate and up to date throughout the sales process.
