Paradiso Place by SPG Land reshapes the concept of luxury living on Australia’s Gold Coast. As the first luxury oceanside neighborhood in the heart of Surfers Paradise, this ambitious development features 792 residences designed to deliver a globally renowned yet locally inspired lifestyle.

Aiming to transform the traditional sales experience, SPG Land partnered with DisplaySweet at the outset. This collaboration focused on crafting a sales gallery that wasn’t just informative but truly captivating, providing customers with an immersive experience that highlights the luxury of Paradiso Place.

PROJECT GOALS:

– Create an extraordinary sales gallery that becomes a Gold Coast landmark.
– Use innovative tech to vividly showcase the property’s luxurious layouts and breathtaking views.
– Engage customers more deeply with interactive tools that bring the Paradiso lifestyle to life.

ADVANCED PRESENTATION TOOLS:

To turn these goals into reality, DisplaySweet equipped SPG Land with:

Display Presenter App: This custom-built app brought the stunning views of Paradiso Place right to the fingertips of customers, letting them virtually experience the allure of high-rise living with just a few swipes.
Display Immersion Room: Featuring advanced projectors and surround sound, the immersion room created a lifelike environment that showcased the apartments’ interiors and vibrant local setting, making visitors feel instantly at home.
Display Touchscreens and TVs: Strategically placed throughout the sales gallery, these devices provided interactive content such as detailed plans and lifestyle videos, allowing customers to explore Paradiso Place in an engaging and detailed manner.
