It’s a building that needed a display experience befitting of a new benchmark in apartment living.
Upon entering the sales apartment, buyers were greeted with a huge Immersion Room that covered an entire wall, enveloping and introducing the buyer to the building, it’s premium residential amenities, bar and restaurant. It was an impressive introduction to the project, complemented by a touchscreen that explored floor plans and apartment configurations in more detail.
Agents were able to finish the presentation in a more intimate space in front of a TV, controlled by the Presenter App, answering questions about size, position, materials while sending additional information digitally to the buyer before finalising their purchase plans.
