Pullman Gulch Union is a landmark residential development in central Nashville, delivering 300 luxury residences across two architecturally distinct towers connected by a landscaped podium. Developed by Endeavour and sold by Compass, the project represents a new benchmark for premium urban living in one of the fastest growing cities in the United States.
DisplaySweet helped Endeavour and Compass create a fully immersive and connected sales experience, transforming the sales gallery into an interactive environment where buyers could explore, understand, and emotionally connect with the development. By centralising content, enabling immersive storytelling, and integrating real time availability and CRM systems, DisplaySweet gave the sales team the tools to present with clarity, consistency, and confidence across both in person and remote presentations.
This project marks DisplaySweet’s first in Tennessee, as we expand our efforts in the USA, with many more to come.

Pullman Gulch Union represents a significant addition to Nashville’s rapidly evolving urban core. Designed to deliver a premium residential offering in a highly desirable central location, the project combines modern architecture, landscaped communal spaces, and elevated lifestyle amenities.
For Endeavour and Compass, the challenge was not only to present the architectural quality of the project, but to communicate its scale, spatial relationships, and design intent in a way buyers could intuitively understand before construction was complete.
This was particularly important given the two-tower configuration, separated by a landscaped garden podium. Buyers needed clarity on orientation, views, and positioning to make confident purchasing decisions.
The Pullman project features two residential towers separated by a generous landscaped garden, creating a rare double garden space between the buildings. This architectural approach was designed to maximise natural light, outlook and privacy for residents.
While the development was already built, helping prospective residents clearly understand the scale of the garden space and the separation between the towers remained an important part of the sales conversation. Residents often want reassurance that units will not feel overlooked by neighbouring buildings, particularly in higher density developments.
A key challenge for the sales team was demonstrating that the wide landscaped garden between the towers creates meaningful distance and privacy, ensuring units do not look directly into one another while still maintaining views across green open space. The project also includes garden units, which further strengthen the connection between indoor living and the surrounding landscape.
The team needed a platform that could
• Clearly communicate the spatial relationship between the two towers and the landscaped garden • Demonstrate how the wide garden space creates privacy between residences • Showcase the unique garden units and outdoor living environment • Centralise project information into a single presentation platform
• Deliver a consistent and engaging sales experience across all agents and client interactions
For the team, success depended on helping prospective residents quickly understand the architectural intent of the development and the lifestyle benefits created by its generous outdoor spaces.
Rather than relying on disconnected marketing assets, Endeavour and Compass implemented the DisplaySweet platform as the foundation of the sales experience.
The development included two dedicated sales environments within the completed building. One was a boardroom located in the lobby, designed for formal sales discussions, while the second was set up inside a fully furnished model apartment, allowing prospective residents to experience the development in a real living environment.
DisplaySweet unified these spaces into a single connected presentation platform. Regardless of whether a conversation took place in the lobby boardroom or inside the model apartment, agents could deliver the same structured and engaging presentation using integrated TV displays.
This approach transformed Pullman Gulch Union from a collection of marketing assets into a guided sales experience, helping prospective residents clearly understand the design of the development, the relationship between the two towers and the generous landscaped garden space between them.
Using the Presenter App, sales agents could guide prospective residents through architectural visuals, lifestyle imagery, floor plans, and unit availability from a single intuitive interface.
Presentations could take place across two dedicated sales environments. In the lobby boardroom, agents used the integrated TV display to deliver a structured overview of the development before exploring available residences. In the model apartment, the presentation could continue on a second TV, allowing residents to connect what they were seeing on screen with the physical space around them.
This flexible setup allowed sales conversations to move naturally between storytelling and real-world experience. Agents could clearly demonstrate the development’s layout, including the wide landscaped garden that separates the two towers, helping residents understand how the design creates both openness and privacy.
DisplaySweet Connect integrated directly with Google Sheets and Follow Up Boss, ensuring unit availability, lead information and follow up actions remained synchronised in real time. Agents could update inventory instantly and track which units, floor plans or content residents were engaging with, providing valuable insight for smarter follow up conversations.
After appointments, agents could send personalised, trackable presentation links to prospective residents, allowing them to revisit the development and explore available units in their own time while maintaining engagement throughout the sales process.
The same experience extended seamlessly to remote presentations, enabling residents outside Nashville to engage with the development with the same clarity and depth as those visiting the building in person.
For the sales team, this created a structured and efficient presentation environment.
For prospective residents, it delivered clarity, confidence and a deeper understanding of the development’s design, layout and living experience.
Problem:
Communicating the spatial relationship between the two towers and the wide landscaped garden was difficult using static marketing materials.
Solution:
The Digital twin provided a structured presentation that allowed agents to clearly demonstrate the development layout, helping residents understand the generous separation between the buildings and the privacy it creates.
Problem:
The sales process took place across two different presentation areas within the building.
Solution:
DisplaySweet enabled a consistent presentation experience across both the lobby boardroom and the model apartment, with integrated TV displays allowing agents to guide residents through the same narrative in either location.
Problem:
Sales teams needed a central platform to manage content, presentations and apartment availability.
Solution:
DisplaySweet Connect served as the sales gallery technology platform, integrating project content and sales workflows into a single connected environment that ensured accuracy and consistency across the team.
Problem:
Agents needed a way to maintain engagement with prospective residents after meetings.
Solution:
DisplaySweet enabled the sharing of personalised, trackable presentation links connected to the CRM system. These links allowed residents to revisit the development information while giving agents real time insight into which units or content were generating the most interest.
Pullman Gulch Union has established strong market performance in Nashville’s high-rise condo segment:
The project secured more than $70 million in sales volume, representing over 100 contracts, and outpaced the broader high-rise condo market’s average sales velocity.
These results highlight the strength of buyer engagement and the effectiveness of a unified sales platform in a competitive urban context.

How did prospective residents benefit from the platform?
Residents could explore the development in detail while agents clearly demonstrated the relationship between the two towers and the landscaped garden space that separates them. This helped residents understand the design of the building, the privacy created by the wide garden, and how individual apartments relate to the overall development.
How did the platform support the leasing team?
The Presenter platform centralised all project content into one intuitive interface, allowing agents to guide conversations naturally from the development story to apartment availability. DisplaySweet Connect also integrated with Google Sheets and Follow Up Boss, ensuring inventory and lead information stayed synchronised across the team.
How did DisplaySweet help agents follow up with prospective residents?
After meetings, agents could send personalised, trackable presentation links connected to the CRM. These allowed residents to revisit the development and available apartments while giving the leasing team real time insight into which content or residences were generating the most interest.
What was the overall impact?
DisplaySweet created a more structured and engaging leasing experience, helping residents clearly understand the development while giving the leasing team a reliable platform to present, manage availability and maintain momentum throughout the leasing process.
