PROJECT GOALS:

ELEVATING THE SALES EXPERIENCE WITH 3D TECHNOLOGY

SIDG wanted to go beyond the norm and provide a unique buying experience highlighting Park Quarter properties' strategic location and layout without relying solely on paper methods. DisplaySweet stepped in with advanced 3D mapping and building models, enabling buyers to visualise the exact location of each property within the context of its surroundings. This allowed SIDG to not just sell a property, but also its prime location, providing a clearer, more in-depth understanding of what buyers were investing in.

While acknowledging that some of their buyers prefer to leave with a tangible copy of floorplans, SIDG was eager to introduce a more interactive and adaptable way to explore property layouts.
