The team sought out DisplaySweet’s expertise to assist them in accurately showcasing Maroochydore’s growth and its’ appeal as a vibrant urban destination to potential buyers.

Powerful Sales Presentations
DisplaySweet enabled RPM Group’s Sales Agents to seamlessly guide potential buyers through CGI’s, floor plans, and the various amenities all in one place, and without needing printed collateral, and wanted the presentation to look as premium as possible within the Presenter App. This greatly helped buyers visualise their future apartment, and this was a top priority for Walker Corporation when creating the sales gallery. DisplaySweet integrated Walker’s marketing content into the app, telling the story of the area’s development and future plans in an engaging and informative way. With the implementation of DisplaySweet’s Dynamic Map feature within the Presenter App, this allowed buyers to search any address and explore nearby points of interest interactively.
By using detailed image galleries and compare finishes feature on the custom built App linked to TV’s, each render could be easily called upon and each apartment layout and colour scheme could be compared in real time. The app allowed the Agents to showcase available apartments from each building seamlessly.
Bespoke Model Integration
The sales gallery also utilized an impactful physical Model Integration in the centre of the space, where Agents could have tailored one on one presentations with buyers and talk to the various buildings, amenities, and properties that light up in real time.
Impressive Displays
The sales gallery also made use of an impressive high-impact Display LED Wall, which immerses buyers in the cinematic project video and life-size panoramic views of Maroochydore and the Sunshine Coast, as well as giving agents a seamless way to showcase the floor plans, CGI’s and other marketing collateral. The plans section displayed on an LED wall allowed buyers to experience the scale, while the renders help them connect with the architectural urban concept in stunning clarity.
