The Albertine’s luxurious sales gallery was styled by Brahman Perera, the renowned interior designer behind chic restaurants Ursula’s Paddington in Sydney.

To match the project’s bold vision and uphold Mirvac’s legacy of quality and innovation, DisplaySweet technology was deployed to create a world-class, design-led display suite experience.

Every interaction within the sales gallery had to reflect Mirvac’s commitment to design excellence, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail. The goal was to mirror the calibre of the residences within every stage of the buyer journey.

Set in a coveted pocket of Melbourne, The Albertine offers unrivalled connectivity to parks, dining, retail and the arts. The DisplaySweet platform highlighted these lifestyle benefits, reinforcing the value of the address.

Confidence Through Clarity

From sweeping views across Port Phillip Bay to curated interiors, The Albertine’s visual language demanded a premium digital strategy. Every tool needed to not just inform, but inspire. Through the clever use of the Presenter App, DisplaySweet delivered a bespoke, narrative-led presentation that immersed buyers in the story of the site, Mirvac’s design intent, and the project’s standout features.

Well considered use of TV’s throughout the space enabled seamless content navigation, empowering agents to guide buyers through amenities, local lifestyle highlights, and residence options.

The Portal and Property Configurator provided an interactive selection tool where buyers could explore upgrade options and interior finishes within the context of the apartment, boosting confidence and engagement.

A Multi-Sensory Experience

Buyers were transported into the vision of The Albertine through dynamic visuals, interactive tools, and tactile Model Integration, which connected the digital masterplan to the physical scale model using model lighting synced with the Presenter App. This helped buyers understand residence location within the broader context.

The curved LED wall served as a high-impact focal point within the sales gallery, showcasing cinematic visuals of panoramic views, design renders, and lifestyle vignettes to create emotional engagement. The LED Wall also uniquely activated the sales gallery during events. 

DisplaySweet’s technology enabled precise and intuitive exploration of each residence’s position, layout, and available options. With real-time pricing and property data integrated into the experience, buyers could make informed decisions effortlessly.

With such a well-designed sales gallery, Mirvac had already received expressions of interest ahead of launching the project earlier in 2025.
