The Presenter App and the 3D interactive building model allowed prospective residents to explore real-time apartment availability, compare floorplans and understand level-specific views. This gave buyers a clear and immediate sense of space, helping them feel informed and emotionally connected from the outset.

Real-Time Comparison with Scheme Selector

Buyers were able to compare layouts, finishes and pricing using the scheme selector and stack view within the Presenter App. This self-guided functionality supported deeper engagement, enabling downsizers to explore at their own pace while still receiving tailored guidance from sales consultants.

Lifestyle Storytelling on the LED Wall

An impressive LED Wall was used to deliver curated video and image content, highlighting the lifestyle at The Cambridge. Features like the onsite bar, cinema and craft shed were brought to life visually, repositioning the project as vibrant, contemporary and rich with community appeal.

Integrated Model with Interactive Lighting

An architectural model of The Cambridge was linked with interactive Model Integration, connected to the Presenter App. As buyers explored apartment selections on-screen, the model illuminated the exact location in real time, bridging the digital and tactile experience with clarity and excitement.
