The Kurraba Residences, a once in a generation development offering buyers the chance to live on Sydney's Harbourfront at Kurraba Point, saw huge success for developers Third.i.

Set within a boutique collection of residences echoing the majesty of Sydney's grand waterfront estates, the award-winning The Kurraba Residences offers residents a mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments.

The pop-up display suite featured several of DisplaySweet’s technology including the Presenter App, which was integrated with large scale TV’s, as well as an interactive 3D model, plus 2D and 3D interactive floor plans, so buyers could view the sales aides and the entire project in an immersive setting.
“Thanks to the incredible DisplaySweet technology, our buyers were engaged, and could easily visualise themselves in their future home at Kurraba Residences,” said Mr. Berry. “This greatly aided in selling 80 per cent of the project sold on launch day."
Developed by Third.i Group and Phoenix Property Investors, the $170 million development at 147 Kurraba Road is designed by SJB Architects and Mathieson Architects, and the building pays homage to the classic 1920’s apartment buildings of the area.
