Using the Presenter app, we gathered all the relevant marketing materials and were able to showcase the development in a professional manner when customers visited the sales office. Since there was no physical display, it was challenging to showcase the finishes of the development. With the compare tool, the agent could easily display different color scheme options for the kitchen and living room, allowing the customer to make an informed decision.

By using detailed image galleries and compare finishes feature on the custom built App linked to TV’s, each render could be easily called upon and each apartment layout and colour scheme could be compared in real time. The app allowed the Agents to showcase available apartments from each building seamlessly.
