DisplaySweet Expands Into Western Australia

While the East Coast has had its fair share of project launches in the off-plan development market, it’s WA’s time to step into the spotlight.

Due to ever-increasing demand for property technology in Western Australia, DisplaySweet are proud to announce they’re expanding their reach with a dedicated Account Manager, Liam Sheehy, based in Perth to service clients with projects situated on the west coast.

“We’re thrilled to be launching DisplaySweet into the Western Australian property market after seeing the huge demand on that side of the country,” said John Paige, Co-CEO of DisplaySweet.

“Affordability of housing means more developers are looking to launch projects in 2022 than ever before, particularly around Perth and surrounding areas.”

The Western Australian housing market continues to be the most affordable compared to any other major Australian capital city, according to recent CoreLogic data.

Looking at what lies ahead for the WA residential property market in 2022, Perth is the fourth largest city in Australia, and this affordability will see interstate migration, in turn driving prices up.

The WA market has a high yield and security for investors and good growth prospects with a relatively affordable buy-in price, and this year promises to see plenty of investors take advantage of these conditions.

DisplaySweet has seen demand for its proptech solutions increase year-on-year as Western Australian developers and project sales and marketing teams look to stand out among the crowd of new projects coming to market.

“Figures show by enhancing the buyer experience there is an increase in conversion rates. Property technology is becoming a mainstream sales tool that helps deliver an incredible consumer experience and adds value to the sales journey for better results,” said Mr. Paige.

“We’re looking forward to help property developers in WA showcase their projects and lifestyle to a new generation of buyers looking to buy and invest in the west coast with a dedicated point of contact on the ground.”

Already the proptech giants have worked with national property clients with projects in WA including Blackburne, Mirvac, Sirona Capital, Mustera Property Group, Parcel Property and Edge Living, with more to come.

DisplaySweet offers a number of property technology solutions to help buyers visuale property that does not yet exist, including DS-Live and DS-Online Apps, TV’s, Touchscreens, Immersion Walls, Immersion Rooms, Interactive Models, 3D Buildings and Floor Plans.
