Exclusively centred within Chatswood, Ethos is a rare collection of luxury 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residences and penthouses developed by Central Element and designed by SJB.
Ethos comprises 49 luxury residences across 16 levels and holds 1,200 sqm of retail and commercial space, with communal wellness spaces for residences, landscaping and public art featured throughout.
Such a unique apartment offering in the Chatswood area meant the showroom had to be second to none, and it also meant that a large number of people would be going through the doors. Central Element ensured this was taken care of by creating not one but two displays – the first, a smaller, more boutique space with the architectural model and impressive Display TV screens connected via the Display Presenter app for viewing sales aids in a quieter location around the model.
The second larger space boasted a near full-scale display apartment complemented by a large Display LED Wall, where clients could sit with the agent on a spacious lounge and view the floor plans, masterplan, CGI’s, videos and more on a huge LED screen in front of them, controlled via the app.
Also within this second space was a smaller, more enclosed area dedicated to one-on-one conversations with buyers, with another screen and iPad to help close sales.
