Integrated property group Top Spring Australia recently partnered up with DisplaySweet, one of Australia’s leading proptech providers and continued to make waves in the industry, with their most recent development, Munro House, a huge success due to the innovative property technology used in their sales showroom.
Situated in the bayside suburb of Elizabeth Bay, Sydney, Munro House is a six-storey development that will include 30 luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom residences including a stunning penthouse above a single level of basement car parking.
Designed by PBD Architects and Mim Design, Munro House sits with its Art Deco neighbours through a curvaceous façade, generous proportions, and natural materials.
The showroom incorporated several pieces of DisplaySweet’s technology, including the DS-Live app, high-tech TV screens and an integrated sound experience and interactive model integration.
We pay our respects to The Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the traditional owners of this land.
