Envisioned by Top Spring Australia, in conjunction with award-winning architects Bates Smart and landscape architects Arcadia, The Newlands is a vibrant residential community consisting of one, two and three bedroom apartments, that’s been thoughtfully conceived to complement its beautiful natural surrounds directly across from Newlands Park in St Leonards.
The challenge for Top Spring Australia was that they wanted a clearer and better presentation app to sell the project off-the-plan, given the market is so competitive in 2022, and particularly around Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
The Newlands showroom made sophisticated use of DisplaySweet’s property technology, including DS-Live App, TV screens and interactive model lighting integration.
