Payce & Sekisui House, Melrose Park

PROJECT SUMMARY

Developers PAYCE and Sekusui House engaged DisplaySweet to create a unique state-of-the-art sales experience that would stand out and be easily updated for their joint venture urban renewal project, 17km northwest of Sydney’s CBD.

The journey begins with registration pods to capture buyer and associated agent details, then moves seamlessly into an Immersion Room that showcases an overview of the $6billion project.

Multiple Touchscreens are positioned in key zones throughout the display with the largest Interactive Masterplan in Australia the hero of the experience.

In total 16 screens display animated content and bring the project and brand new suburb to life. Buyers can watch the ferry traverse the Parramatta River, highlight the nearest education options or simply get a full understanding of the current release available for purchase.

The Interactive Model had an incredible effect on sales, going viral on social media, driving interest in the project selling 83 apartments on launch day.

We pay our respects to The The Wallumedegal clan of the Darug people, the traditional owners of this land.
