Welcome to Gore Street, Piccolo’s newest iteration. 385 Gore Street is a partnership between Piccolo, renowned architects Woods Bagot and interior designers Hecker Guthrie, and will be a limited collection of spacious 2 and 3 bedroom residences.
Gore Street’s showroom is long in scale and invites the buyer in to step through on a considered sales journey, beginning with an iPad controlling the DS-Live App throughout the showroom, which allows buyers to peruse the project video and sales aids on a large DS-TV while exploring the architectural model with the Sales Agent.
As the client moves through the space they enter into a spacious living and kitchen area, where there’s another DS-TV that can be controlled by the Agent to view the finishes, CGI’s and more.
Towards the end of the showroom, clients are met with the highlight of the space, an impressive large scale DS-Wall, where clients stand back and are guided by the Agent while viewing the project video, floor plans and more, all connected via the DS-Live App.
