Moving away from a traditional display home model, Tick Homes wanted to showcase all of its houses, complete with options in the one holistic space.
By building the Immersion Room we created a 1:1 cinema where the buyer could physically walk around their preferred floor plan projected to scale onto the ground, while viewing facade and interior options that appeared on the back wall for selection.
The experience continues to drive phenomenal sales results and won REA’s Innovation Award.
