The Marin showroom was situated in a relatively quiet pocket of Queensland, away from the apartment-saturated areas of the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Traders in Purple wanted the showroom to wow buyers as soon as they entered with impressive finishes and technology, while keeping space at a minimum.
The Marin Display Presenter App allowed potential buyers to search by level by simply hovering over the floor plate, as well as look at CGI’s, views, and location maps on the development.
The Marin showroom also made sophisticated use of DisplaySweet’s property technology by utilising their touch screens, so buyers had a tangible sales tool to interact with.
