DisplaySweet’s showroom technology, powered by the DS-Live app, allowed buyers to explore an array of renders, community features, shopping districts, floorplans, and 3D models with just the click of a button. The app was customised to suit Sekisui House’s sales process, including forms and presentation settings, which significantly streamlined and accelerated sales interactions.

REAL TIME PROJECT INFORMATION ALL IN ONE PLACE

West Village required a system to manage all project information efficiently across its 1,250 apartments and 18,500 square meters of non-residential space. DisplaySweet's technology addressed this by integrating a push and pull CRM system with Property Base, ensuring that all property data was accurate in real-time. Additionally, the DS-Live app’s in-built admin features allowed agents to email, print, and favourite content instantly during appointments, improving efficiency. By consolidating various functions into a singular platform, DisplaySweet eliminated the need for multiple disjointed systems, streamlining the entire sales process.
