Attention to detail, consideration of the buyer journey and the buyer’s needs as well as a desire to stand out from competitors in a busy market have made these showrooms shine.
Australian property developers have taken the move to largely digital-based interactions as an opportunity to enhance the buyer experience, doing away with the old-fashioned and slow-moving physical process in favour of a more streamlined digital process.
DisplaySweet have proudly cemented their position as the leaders in sales presentations and showroom technology working on some of the most exciting and successful developments this year.
Here’s a look at some of 2022’s best showrooms so far:
DisplaySweet were thrilled to collaborate with Aqualand on their highly anticipated development, AURA, in North Sydney.
AURA’s one, two, three and four-bedroom residences are the most spacious homes on offer in North Sydney.
DisplaySweet’s technology brings the reality of living within AURA to life with the luxurious showroom featuring a 36sq m DS-Immersion Room where purchasers are immersed in floor-to-ceiling projections.
If that wasn’t enough of a wow factor, the showroom also includes an impressive 8.5m wide DS-LED Wall that is connected to an Interactive Model in the welcome area, which showcases the client’s apartment of choice, whether that be a stylish two-bedroom apartment or an opulent penthouse.
This allowed buyers to view colour schemes and layouts in a spectacular large format.
A series of sleek touchscreens were the final touch to the AURA showroom, which ran the DisplaySweet app with an interactive 3D model of the project to complete the sales journey, providing a personalised and engaging experience.
Another incredible showroom DisplaySweet had the pleasure of collaborating on was The Frederick in Green Square, by national property giants Mirvac.
The Frederick’s 23 storeys are a unique collaboration between award-winning architects, Smart Design Studio and Mirvac Design.
DisplaySweet’s technology was front and centre as potential buyers walked into The Frederick’s showroom, situated in busy Zetland.
The showroom used the DisplaySweet app on iPads throughout to control the interactive model, view separate colour schemes of apartments and upgrades, and to control the impressive DS-Immersion Room where buyers could view the floor plans, CGI’s, location map, video and experience the project in life-size scale.
The Frederick’s showroom also made use of high-end touch screens for sales agents to display floor plans and other sales aids on a larger scale, and even favourite and email them to potential buyers post-inspection.
Paradiso Place, developed by SPG Land, is a global resort-style development in Surfers Paradise.
The $4 million showroom is the largest in the Southern Hemisphere, located in the heart of the Gold Coast, and highlights DisplaySweet’s immersive technology throughout, allowing purchasers to experience this one-of-a-kind development through the physical showroom environment or virtually with DisplaySweet’s web app.
The DisplaySweet app and presentation software enabled the sales agents to seamlessly present the project professionally to buyers.
With the touch of their fingertips, agents can access Paradiso Place’s floor plans, the apartment views, and interior CGIs to showcase to buyers what their apartment will look like and the incredible views it will capture.
The agents can completely immerse the buyers in the views in the state-of-the-art, 60sq m DS-Immersion Room.
SPG Land’s Sunny Hoang Ha said, “We decided to use DisplaySweet to enhance our customer experience, as they provide a fully immersive experience for our potential buyers to enjoy”.
